Our lessons are conveniently held at Vigo Village Hall, providing a spacious and comfortable environment for your training needs. We understand the importance of fitting self-defence training into your busy life. That's why our classes are held every Tuesday, from 7.30pm until 9.30pm, allowing you to easily join us after work or school commitments
